Jill Marie and David have combined over 23 years of real estate experience.
They are residents of North San Diego County. They enjoy sharing their experience with the new buyer and experienced buyer alike.
David is relatively new to real estate 7 and a half years now, and has a strong business background working at Steelcase Inc. for over 23 years. Dave brings his experience in marketing, customer service and management to the team.
David and Jill Marie met while Jill was showing David an old avocado grove in North Escondido. Dave wound up buying the grove and marring the Realtor. They were married on the grove where they met.
Being ranch owners, and horse enthusiasts, they understand the wants and needs of the horse property buyer, as well as the special knowledge that it takes to sell an equestrian property.
They are currently bringing the grove where they met back to production and have become knowledgeable in grove maintenance and management.
Dave and Jill are building a home on the grove and have first hand experience with the challenges of home building.
Jill is involved in the local community, she is the past President of the Bonsall Chamber of Commerce for 2004, past Mayor of Bonsalla, member of the Vista Palomar Riders, Inland Game Bird Breeders Association, and also serving as Secretary of the Bonsall Conservancy, an organization dedicated to preserving open space areas for the future of the community.
